What we know
Devaland describes Deal OS as diligence automation for search funds: it turns a CIM and financials into a cited brief, includes a contradiction sweep across CIM/financials/tax returns and call notes, and outputs a prioritized question pack for management calls/LOI. Devaland contrasts this with VDRs that mainly store documents rather than read and check them.
Worth asking
When you receive a target’s CIM and financial package, do you want the primary output to be (1) a cited diligence brief, (2) a contradiction/inconsistency log, or (3) a LOI-ready question pack—and which one would most reduce your diligence time?
